In the wake of Federal Disaster #1649, a flood along the Upper Delaware River, I founded the press Stockport Flats to celebrate writers/activists who work for social justice. Stockport Flats’ series, WITNESS POST, refers refers to a signpost "placed on a claim line when it cannot be placed in the corner because terrain makes sustainability and reclamation difficult.” These writers bear witness to this complex task; their claims work toward awareness and action.
